So let's look at the customer service you get with imnica mail.
With my dealings with the team at imnica mail I get the impression that they are very understanding to the plight of internet marketers, as the founder is an internet marketer himself. So along with them being extremely helpfull I get the impression that they won't be as petty as the other email services can be at times.
Now for the bad points about imnica mail:
- there are problems with internet explorer 8(will be fixed at the end of january when the update comes out)
- The interface is a little hard to learn(will be fixed at the end of january when the update comes out)
Other than those two small points imnica is a solid option for building a web based business, and rivals any other on the market today. Also with the updates that are planned you will find that imnica will become a world leader in the email marketing services industry.
